1427-4 Wayne County Legal Study

Thank you for your interest in our paid research study.

This study is for Wayne County residents 19-75. It consists of a 9-hour focus group being held on Friday, June 9th in our Livonia facility. All participants will be paid $325 for their time.

Because we need a mix of different types of people in the group, not everyone will qualify. For this study, about 1 in 7 will qualify. This short questionnaire takes about 2 minutes and will help us determine if we can put you in this focus group.

As always, anyone who fills out this questionnaire but does NOT get admitted into the study will be entered into our monthly Second Chance drawing for $100. Winners announced the first week of each month on our Facebook page and contacted via phone. 

All answers are kept strictly confidential, no sensitive information will be asked, and our surveys are not shared with any outside 3rd party, ever.
