Thank you for your interest in our paid research study.
This study is for Michigan residents 18 and older. It consists of a 45-minute in-person survey being held Tuesday, June 21st through Thursday, June 24th in our Livonia facility. All participants will be paid $100 for their time.
Of those who participate in the survey portion a few will be selected to stay for a 2-hour focus group all who participate in the focus group will receive an additional $150.
Because we need a mix of different types of people in the group, not everyone will qualify. For this study, about 1 in 6 will qualify. This short questionnaire takes about 5 minutes and will help us determine if we can put you in this focus group.
As always, anyone who fills out this questionnaire but does NOT get admitted into the study will be entered into our monthly Second Chance drawing for $100. Winners announced the first week of each month on our Facebook page and contacted via phone.
All answers are kept strictly confidential, no sensitive information will be asked, and our surveys are not shared with any outside 3rd party, ever.
