Thank you for your interest in our paid research study.
This study is for Michigan residents 64 and older. It consists of a 60-minute webcam interview being held May 18th through May 26th. All participants will be paid $75 for their time.
Because we need a mix of different types of people in the group, not everyone will qualify. For this study, about 1 in 7 will qualify. This short questionnaire takes about 2 minutes and will help us determine if we can put you in this focus group.
For this survey you will need to reference your health insurance cards. We will not ask you for any account numbers or any other personal information.
As always, anyone who fills out this questionnaire but does NOT get admitted into the study will be entered into our monthly Second Chance drawing for $100. Winners announced the first week of each month on our Facebook page and contacted via phone.
All answers are kept strictly confidential, no sensitive information will be asked, and our surveys are not shared with any outside 3rd party, ever.
