Thank you for your interest in our research study.
This study is for Parents with children ages 5-10 that experience bedwetting. It consists of a 6-day product test being held September 19th-25th. All participants will receive $300 for their time.
For this study, you will pick up some free products to try at a location in your area. You would use them for 6 days and complete online questionnaires based on your experience.
Of those who complete the product test some will be selected to participate in a follow-up interview and would receive an additional $100.
Because we need a mix of different types of people in the group, not everyone will qualify. For this study, about 1 in 7 will qualify. This short questionnaire takes about 2 minutes and will help us determine if we can put you in this focus group.
As always, anyone who fills out this questionnaire but does NOT get admitted into the study will be entered into our monthly Second Chance drawing for $100. Winners announced the first week of each month on our Facebook page and contacted via phone.
All answers are kept strictly confidential, no sensitive information will be asked, and our surveys are not shared with any outside 3rd party, ever.
