Our team is the key to our success. Here are the core members of our Cypher Research team.

Robert SullivanCEO / Founder
Before founding Cypher Research in 2006, Robert Sullivan worked for several other research field services managing qualitative projects. In his 27 years in the industry he has managed over 2000 projects and lead Cypher Research to a reputation for quality and success.
Don O'NeillFounder, Technical Operations and Finance
Don O’Neill began his research career with Maritz Marketing Research in 1994 managing a 70-station CATI phoneroom and hundreds of quantitative data collection projects. Since then he has worked primarily on the technical side of research field work. In 2006 he founded Cypher Research along with Robert Sullivan and is currently developing CypherRPM, our second generation in-house database and project management software.
Roxanne NaszradiPartner, Project Manager
Roxanne began her marketing research career with Crimmins and Foreman research in 1995. She later took over the company as owner and expanded it into Michigan Market Research. MMR became part of Cypher in 2018 with Roxanne joining as our newest partner and co-owner.
Erin BuzaProject Manager
Erin studied Market Research at Wayne State University. Since joining Cypher Research she has become an integral member of our team, managing projects and client facility needs.
Krista GoodwinBusiness manager, Project manager
Krista began her research career with Crimmins and Forman working with Roxanne, and joined Cypher with the MMR team in 2018.
Merle BaumExecutive Recruiter
The newest member of our core team, Merle joined our team in 2015. Since then he has grown to be an integral member of our team and an excellent, experienced recruiter.
Kim BryantProject Manager
Our most experienced recruiter, Kim started her Marketing Research career with Crimmins and Forman and came aboard the Cypher Team in 2018.
