There are a few things to know before you come to your research appointment. To keep everyone safe, we will have some new processes that everyone will be asked to comply with.
Screening Questions
Upon arrival to the facility all employees and visitors will be asked the following questions:
Have you or has anyone in your household been exposed to or tested positive for COVID-19?
To the best of your knowledge have you been in close proximity to any individual who tested positive for COVID-19?
In the past two weeks have you had ANY of the following symptoms:
- Dry cough
- Difficulty breathing
- Fever
In the past two weeks have you had TWO OR MORE of the following symptoms:
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Sore throat
- Headache
- Muscle aches
- New loss of taste or smell
If you answer any of these questions ‘yes’ please contact us ahead of time, as you will not be able to participate. These questions will be re-asked when you arrive.
Temperature screening
Upon arrival all visitors will be screened for temperature via a no-touch method similar to the system seen here. No one who exhibits signs of fever or who is visibly sick (coughing, sneezing, etc) will be admitted.
Face Masks
Face masks are mandatory in our facility. Anyone who arrives without a mask will be provided one. They must be worn at all times in our lobby, waiting areas, hallways and restrooms.
Once the discussion begins and everyone is seated 6 feet apart, you may be asked to remove your mask for the discussion. If you need to get up to use the restroom, please put your mask back on until you return to your seat.
Sanitizer and Disinfection
Hand Sanitizer will be available for your use, and you will be asked to use it upon arrival.
Our facility has been deep cleaned, and all touched surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, tables, chair arms, etc) are being disinfected in between each appointment.
For safety we are not currently serving food during groups
